In this series, movement, breath, and sound will help facilitate the releasing of pain and suffering and opening to greater love and connection.
Each week we will focus on a different emotion of grief: sadness, anger, anxiety, and fear ~ with session recaps and supporting materials.
Confidentiality is honored in a small group setting of security and mutual support.
Group size is limited to four.
